To arrange for same day delivery, kindly place your orders before 2pm during working days from Monday - Sunday, is will be delivered on the same day by 5pm via Grab or Lalamove with additional RM20 fees charged. SELF COLLECTIONS:

To arrange for self collections, kindly place your orders before 2pm during working days from Monday - Sunday. Send your Order ID at WhatsApp at +60122880278. Our team will prepare your item for your collections within the same day. You can collect between Monday - Sunday, 5pm - 8pm (before our shop is closed) on the same day or anytime between 11:30am - 8pm on the following day onwards.

All of our Products are Ready Stock, upon receiving your Orders and Payment, 'The House' will process your order and ship out within 24 hrs. Parcel will reach your doorstep in estimated 3-5 working days depending on the courier service. In the event if the items is sold out whereby same products are being ordered by multiple customers (in case of system error),  'The House' will notify you within 24hrs upon your order, you will be given options to Refund or Replace with another products.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?

Yes. We ship worldwide! Currently, we are offering FREE shipping & exchange worldwide for orders above RM300, otherwise is RM25 Fees Charged for any countries. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

    RETURNS & EXCHANGE

    We offer an easy return service, so you can shop with confidence! Try them on in the comfort of your home, and if you it doesn't fit you well,  simply return for sizes exchange! Just be careful that you don't stain them with your makeup while trying them on, and that all tags are intact.

     

    HOW DO I MAKE EXCHANGE?

    We provide Sizes Exchange & replacements for Defects. If the return item is out of stock, in other size(s)/colour(s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item. Otherwise, buyer can choose to retain store credit for future purchase with The House . Strictly no cash refund is allowed. All you need to do is simple:

    • Send us photos of you wearing the items or screenshot the defects for verification at info@thehouse-group.com.my 
    • All items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with the label tag.
    • Items you wish to return must be mailed back to our HQ address indicated below, within 7 days of receiving your parcel for local orders, and within 14 days for international orders.
    • Buyers are responsible for the return cost; Joie Mie will bear the shipping fees for exchange items shipment to you for local and international orders.
    • Free returns is only applicable for domestic orders. International orders are not entitled to free returns.
    • Free returns is only applicable for one time only. 
    • Joie Mie is not responsible for any losses or unforeseen circumstances during shipments from courier service.  
    • Please send us postage receipt or tracking slip at info@thehouse-group.com.my as proof of returns.

     

    RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    • Returns are not applicable for Beauty & Heath Products, Accessories, Shoes, Lingeries, Swimwear, Activewear, Leggings, Sports Bra, Invisible Bra Promotional and Sales Items, Special Season Items such as Cheongsam and Limited Editions Items.
    • Color may vary across screens and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. Returns for such reasons are not acceptable, provided that it meets the Returns T&Cs above. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns due to this reason as a defect.
